Insurance

  • We are currently in network with Medicare Part B, BCBS PPO, and Worker’s Compensations. For all other insurances, payments are made at the day of service via check, cash or credit card. We can help check your out of network benefits.

    1. Insurance & Out-of-Network Billing:

If your insurance is out of network, we can provide a Superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurer. For in-network providers (Medicare Part B and BCBS), we will handle direct billing for you.

      1. What is a Superbill?

A superbill is an itemized receipt that includes details of your treatment, such as the date, type of service, and cost. If we are out of network with your insurance, you can submit this superbill to your insurer. While we can’t guarantee reimbursement, some plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services, helping you recover a portion of the costs.

Payments

  • Accepted Payment Methods: In addition to cash, credit cards, and checks we accept HSA (Health Savings Account)) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards, which can often be used for physical therapy expenses.

  • Cancellations/No Shows:

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $15 fee.

    • No shows will also result in a $30 fee.
